White Glove Delivery Service

All mattresses are delivered through our White Glove Delivery Service to provide a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish.

Once payment has been received and processed, please allow approximately 3 weeks for delivery.

What to Expect

Our White Glove Delivery includes:

  • A professional delivery agent who will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery date and time

  • Delivery of your new mattress to the room of your choice

  • Full in-home setup of your new mattress

  • Removal and responsible disposal of your existing mattress at the time of delivery (when applicable)

Delivery Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery process and avoid delays, please make sure:

  • Your shipping address is accurate and complete

  • Someone 18 years of age or older is present at the time of delivery

  • All pathways, hallways, and stairways are clear and accessible

  • The delivery team has safe and adequate access to the room of choice

If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions or absence of an adult, additional delivery fees may apply.
